This acquisition included the business, machinery, equipment and real estate. A total of 70 locations were valued, including both freestanding supermarkets, existing and proposed shopping centers, as well as a chain of 20 Blockbuster video stores. Our valuation of the real estate included both fee and leasehold interests totaling nearly $200 million. |
